Required Documentation
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE APPLYING TO ALL FLORIDA HOME HEALTH:
- HIV/AIDS (initial 4 hour course) and current year CEU
- Infection Control
- Domestic Violence
- HIPAA
- Alzheimer’s Disease
- OSHA
- Medical Error Prevention
- Liability Insurance
- Recognizing impairment in the workplace
- CPR
- Professional License (1yr experience minimal)
- Driver’s License
- Social Security
- Passport and/or Resident Card
- Current Physical exam (no older than 6-months) PPD-2 STEP
- Car Insurance
- Level 2 Background Screening
